Who Am I?!

For those of you who do not know me below is a little outline of who I am and what my journey has been to get to be your Wealth Account Manager.

I grew up in Leighton Buzzard and went to Sheffield University in 1998 to study Civil Engineering. After getting my degree in 2001 (and staying on in Sheffield) I decided not to persue a career in Civ Eng and looked for an alternative career path. I then decided to take a role within Norwich Union in a group pensions admin team and my career has progressed from then.

I became a sales support in 2003 and took the opportunity to study for some exams. I was then given the opportunity as a trainee account manager in 2005 and became a full account manager in 2006. I have been in this role since then. I am now fully Diploma Level 4 qualified.

I believe that by having the experience in all these areas gives me a useful insight into the business and what can and cannot be done. I have also built up a number of contacts over the years and can call in favours when needed!

I think that people should be treated as they would want to be treated themselves and as such service and honesty are the most important things to me and so I strive to give the best service possible and am always honest.

In my personal life I play table tennis and ten pin bowling in leagues and am an avid Whisky fan. I have visited many distillary in Scotland just to ensure that the drink that is produced is fit for human consumption! I have recently bought a house (to help the economic recovery of course!) and drive a VW Golf called Jack.

If you want to know anything more about me please ask!

I look forward to working with you and helping your business grow.

JD
